“Food for Fat-loss” was designed by coach Jay Patto, former gym manager for Six Senses Hotels and current internship holder at world-famous Tiger Mauy Thai. After transforming himself and multiple clients on our food, we teamed up together. Jay has created “Food for Fat-loss” (and other nutrition plans) directly from our menu. We believe strongly that these plans could lead you to your “best ever” shape and can seriously give you some time back to really enjoy beautiful Phuket.
Pure Prep’s Food for Fat-loss is for anyone who:

Please note, ‘Food for Fat-loss’ is not for anyone who wants to gain ‘big’ muscle mass / size. This plan is also not suitable for the following:
- high-performing athlete
- vegan / vegetarian / keto diets
This 6-day nutrition structure is perfect for anyone wanting their nutrition simplified.
Food for Fat-loss has been structured at 1,550-1,750 kcals daily. All of the days have a range of different proteins, carbohydrates and fats. We have 3 days labelled A, B and C:
- Monday & Thursday – A
- Tuesday & Friday – B
- Wednesday & Saturday – C
Please note: this plan contains pork. Nuts. Dairy. Gluten and meat.
