How long will my food last when it’s delivered?
We advise you to consume the food within 3 days.
Can I use my own containers?
Yes you can use your own containers or you can pay a deposit of 500 baht and we will provide you with 6 containers, once you stop using our services we will return your deposit, if you fail to return the containers your deposit will not be refunded.

Is your beef and chicken halal?
Both our beef and chicken are halal.
Do you offer detailed meal plans?
We have nutritionists that can design plans to match your requirements, fee’s apply. Please visit our program page to find out more.
Can I collect my food if I don’t want delivery?
Yes, you can collect your order from our store any time from 10am up until 5.30pm.
If I have an allergy can you cater for me?
If you have any food allergies you can contact us directly either through whatsapp or face book and we can put you in contact with a nutritional expert.
Do you delivery daily?
We delivery daily depending on your location in Phuket with scheduled times, please visit our delivery page for full details.
Do I need to be home to receive my order?
You don’t need to be home to receive delivery, however please let us know who or where we can leave the food with weather it’s a friend, security or reception.

What is your Cancellation Policy?
If you wish to cancel your order you must let us know before 6pm the night before if you have selected the first delivery slot, failure to cancel before the time mentioned will result in your credit being automatically deducted.
If you have ordered on the day and selected one of the later delivery slots and you would like to cancel you must let us know 2 hours prior to dispatch, failure to do so will result in your credit being automatically deducted.

How long is my credit valid for?
3k / 6k / 12k packages – for these credit packages you have 3 months from purchase date to use to credit.
24k / 36k / 48k packages – for these credit packages you have 5 months from the purchase date to use the credit.
Can I change and choose my own meals?
Yes you can choose any meals you wants and change as much as you like, that’s the advantage of purchasing a credit package.
Can I pause my account?
You can pause your account at any time as long as your credit is still valid
Can I share my credit?
Yes you can share credit with a friend, you will either:
- both use the same online account and both have access
- both have an account with the Pure Prep website and use the ‘wallet transfer’ feature by entering their registered email address.
